Implementation Options

Add to an Existing Web Site
TOMS™ can be implemented in your existing web site within 72 hours. Trackload.com will set up the system and provide all users with a Training Guide and User Guide. Although extremely simple to use, if there is a local representative in your area Trackload.com will also provide on-site training for your staff.

Add to a Web Site Designed and Implemented by Trackload.com
If you do not have an existing web site Trackload.com can design and implement a web site according to your specification and requirements. TOMS™ be added to your new web page and training materials provided. Trackload.com can also help with the registration of your domain name and hosting services if required.

Single Page Implementation
If you do not want to implement TOMS™ in to your own web site Trackload.com will add a customised page to our own server which your customers can access. This solution can either be used on a temporary basis whilst your web site is being designed or we host this page permanently.

Data Entry Options

Automatic Updates
Using this option there is no need to key data in the the TOMS™ system. Utilising our Automatic Update Interface, TOMS™ can be interfaced with your in-house freight system and all shipments, import and export, entered into your own system will automatically appear in your on-line tracking database.

Manual Updates
If you don't currently use an in-house freight system or just as a temporary measure, your shipment information can be added to TOMS™using a simple on-line form. We have included several data entry features which can reduce manual data entry time to approximately 10-15 seconds. per shipment
